Board of Directors

Each member of the Board of Directors holds varying term lengths with positions alternating on their respective election year. Elections are held during the Fall Seminar each year and a general member of WABB must nominate nominees. Each position is defined as follows:

President: Duties for the President are determined by the rest of the Board of Directors. These duties include, but not limited to: make decisions on behalf of the Board of Directors, run the annual member’s meeting and election, and be present for both the Board of Directors meetings and the Educational Committee. The President-Elect shall serve a one-year term, then two years as President, then one year as immediate Past-President (four years total).

Vice President: The duty of the Vice President is to act in place of the President, should they be unavailable, in-which they will have the same power and responsibility as the President. Vice President is elected the year opposite of the President-Elect and will serve two years.

Secretary: As Secretary: thorough records are to be maintained, ensure the By-Laws are being followed, and a record of all meeting minutes are kept. The Secretary is elected the year opposite of the President-Elect and will serve two years.

Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for all funds and securities, maintaining financial records, and providing receipts on behalf of WABB. This position is elected the same year as the President-Elect and serves two years with one additional year to help transition with the new treasurer. Total service will be three years.

Member-At-Large: The Board of Directors will delegate tasks to the Member-at-Large depending on the current needs of the committee. They are to serve two years.
